Made from gorgonzola blue cheese aged over more than 100 days, the Rare Blue Cheesecake takes the meaning of cheesecake to a whole other level.

A good amount of research has gone into studying the perfect ratio of ingredients and baking, in order to achieve a cheesecake characterised by that classic rich taste you get with blue cheese and the smooth and melty texture of a cheesecake.

So how should you eat this decadent dish?

Combine it with fresh fruits or slices of prosciutto, add a splash of honey and enjoy it alongside a glass of your favorite wine. It’s a refined cheesecake, designed with refined palates in mind.
