If you can actually pull that off...nice.

Mine is Hirosaki Castle, Get up at the crack of dawn take a stroll down on down there, you're pretty much by yourself.

I tend to look for lone cherry trees in obscure places in parks and just set up shop there. the more secluded, the better.

Fukuoka, Maizuru Park along the castle ruins, but I just view them, No picnics! Not a big fan of crowds or cold food or petals falling in my food, other than that, love looking at them, just fantastic.
