The majority of the students coming to Japan, the real ones, do so because they failed to enter Chinese Universities. Education in China, and i hate to say something positive about them under Xi , is far better than the Japanese one.

The high ranking of the Japan universities are assured by the system that practically assures a degree once you pass the entrance exam and the exams themselves are not always what they seem as several scandals have proven.
