Boo hoo.

Yes, China is a big customer. But this hit is temporary (they have to buy from somebody) and us has options as well.

The Belt and Road initiative has always been a Mercantilist power grab designed to enslave nation states into a master-client relationship with the CCP.

Just ask Sri Lanka, or the multiple African nations that took Chinese loans, then got taken over.

This is a naked power grab and the Aussies are right to resist it.
