People don't care anymore, good for them. This pandemic is not as bad as they want us to believe specially here in Japan.

16 years?! He should've been given the rope.

Posted in: Supercomputer shows doubling masks offers little help preventing viral spread See in context

Whatever, I almost never wear mask anyway. And if I must be at a place where the request to wear one is a more than a mere onegai, I wear them either under the nose or on the chin.

I would rather ban the useless corona masks.

Posted in: Woman dies from brain hemorrhage days after receiving coronavirus vaccine, but link uncertain See in context

I'm vaccinated, my kids are too. I believe vaccines are one of the greatest inventions in human history. That said, there's certainly something wrong with this one, follow your gut feeling.

Governments, big pharma and media keep pushing this on us, and whenever there's a problem they try to cover it up and label those who question them as conspiracy theorists. Wake up people!

The vaccines are untested and so are the freezers...

Posted in: Go To Travel campaign to remain suspended after March 7 See in context

Whether there's campaign or not, I'm traveling. I'm tired of this nonsense scamdemic. I've already booked a trip to Okinawa with friends and family for the spring.

Posted in: Relief, concerns mixed over having state of emergency lifted early See in context

The only people concerned is the JT comment section crowd, all the Japanese people I know are tired of this nonsense. Those politicians from Chubu are only trying to look worried on TV, I bet you they can't also wait to go back to their fancy steak dinners with their cronies.

As much as I love Japan and dislike the CCP, we all know Japan doesn't have what it takes to defend themselves.

Finally! If someone doesn't like it, don't travel, as simple as that.

Anything with a straight white male as the leading character.

Posted in: UK to push at G-7 for global standard on 'vaccine passports' See in context

People's freedoms are being taken away and everyone seems happy about it. Governments forcing people to undergo medical procedures is overstepping their powers, I hope people stand against this! Although, I honestly doubt it, westerners have unfortunately lost their spine.

I guess my only international travel in the future will be to countries that do not force you to take that thing.

Posted in: What do you think of cryptocurrency? See in context

The problem with many no-coiners is that they think all crypto currencies are the same without even taking their time to research the different real life use cases individual coins have. I give it to you, there are quite a few projects that are destined to fail after their initial pump and dump, however if you do your own diligent research, don't get greedy and learn to read charts you can make serious money.

Posted in: Japan to receive 2nd shipment of Pfizer vaccine on Sunday See in context

Japan could be receiving salt water for all I care. This is the most useless vaccine ever, usually when you get a normal vaccine, not an experimental like this one, you get it and you forget about the illness it protects you from. With this one, you still have to wear masks and social distance and comply with all the nonsense rules made for the 'rona, so what's the point of getting the jab if it won't bring back normalcy as promised.

Posted in: Suga inspects coronavirus vaccination program at Tokyo hospital See in context

Useless leader and useless jab (still need to wear masks, social distance, no liability to big pharma and might not protect you or others), the ultimate usless combo.

Bitcoin and Ethereum are the best investments you can make right now, learn how to read charts, how to take profits, about altcoins and not to panic during pullbacks; and you're in for life changing money, last bull cycle in paid for my house, allowed me to quit my job and go independent. Don't listen to haters or believe the FUD!

The problem is not Victoria going into yet another lockdown, the problem is Victorians allowing the government to do so.

Posted in: Melbourne enters snap 5-day lockdown over virus; spectators barred from Australian Open See in context

Poor Victorians, and all this circus is happening because of a virus with more than 99% survival rate. It's not about saving lives anymore, it is about control of the masses.

Posted in: Myanmar protesters gather in Tokyo against coup at home See in context

I, a Japanese, welcome their rightful protest in our land. Many of us support their cause. Hope many people in the world join them.

I, a Japanese citizen, do not welcome their political protest in our land. I do not know anyone who knows anything about Myanmar or their problems. I hope I were in Tokyo so I could walk through that crowd while yelling "じゃま".

Posted in: Myanmar protesters gather in Tokyo against coup at home See in context

Why are they protesting here? Japan has nothing to do with what's going on in Myanmar. The only thing they will achieve is to annoy the locals.

Posted in: Japan to start COVID vaccinations next week despite syringe shortage See in context

Well this time that little bug decided it wasn't going away and it nearly killed me caused permanent damage to my lungs and kidneys that still affect me today well over 30 years later.

I'm sorry to hear what happened to you, still I don't want to toy around with those rushed things. No need to fix what's not broken. If I get it and die, so be it.

If I get it and have disabling long term sequels, there are clinics in the Netherlands and Belgium that can fix that, if you know what I mean.

Thanks but no thanks. You guys go ahead, I'm healthy and young, no need to put that thing in my body, I will probably wait a couple of decades. No travel, no problem.
