Posted in: House GOP leader says he backs ousting Cheney from No. 3 job See in context

It is clear what happened. Cheney decided to support the Democrats by pounding their message to an eager press for the last two years. Republicans gave her a chance to get over her opposition to her own party and move forward but she refused.

Put another way: Cheney refused to bend over for Trump like the vast majority of the Republican Party did. We can’t have dissension within the party so she has to go.

Maybe you don't know how to use Google? Try a search on

My first search term was “Justin Gatlin PED,” which returned articles saying he was under investigation.

My second search term was “Justin Gatlin banned,” which turned up articles about him having been caught twice.

My apologies to everyone for not having tried numerous search terms.

Nice labeling everyone with a broad brush,

You seem to think you’re the only one who should be able to generalize.

It’s not anything about different “thinking”.

this person has an inability to stop speaking constantly about what she thinks. Over and over.

These aren’t contradictory statements at all. We welcome other thinking as long as you keep it to yourself!!!

Gatlin - 2 time convicted drug cheat. Should have been banned for life.

I'm not doing the search for you. Google is your friend.

Used a different search term and found the info. Thanks for the assist, fellow poster.

And Gatlin is a dirty drug cheat. Fact.

Cite? Google isn’t turning up anything that confirms your assertion.

The entitlement of old people the world over is shocking. Here in Japan, there’s a special twist to it.

Someone hits my child, that person will receive the same treatment.

Never got the prohibition against skateboarders where preoccupied bicyclists are allowed to pass and weave amongst equally busy pedestrians.

Agreed. My favorite is when these bicycles have a child in a from seat and another in a rear seat, neither wearing helmets.

But, yeah, skateboarders are bad!

Nice. Now Cheney can join the Democrat party where she can feel more comfortable attacking and undermining Republicans.

We wouldn’t want anyone having their own ideas within the Republican Party, now would we? Funny you all hate anyone who thinks differently than you, but claim it’s the Dems who all think alike.

Boycott, divest from, and sanction Israel until it stops abusing the human rights of the Palestinians.

Israel is a terror state. It constantly inflicts collective punishment on the Palestinians and is constantly stealing more Palestinian lands.

You’d think a Jewish country founded after the persecution of Jewish people during the Holocaust would hesitate to persecute others, but you’d be incorrect.

Further evidence, as if rational adults needed it, that the republicans care more about their party than the US. Foul.

Clearly the solution to America’s out of control firearms problem is more firearms and easier access to them. This will ensure that all of the “good guys” will have firearms.

Never mind that to effectively deal with an active shooter without causing further carnage you need constant training.

Even more so because the Biden administration forced our military, veterans and civilian Department of Defense to take J&J vaccine before discovering blood clots and other adverse impacts.

I don’t know. I’m going to leave that to the military,” Biden told NBC News’ Craig Melvin in an interview that aired Friday, in response to a question on whether he would mandate the vaccine for U.S. service members once it is fully approved by the Food and Drug Administration

Usual nonsense. The URL gave a hint by using the term “Latinx”.

Your article starts with discussing the experience of an illegal alien. which is not the experience a citizen of the same race would have had.

Then the usual Blacks and Hispanics don’t have cars and can’t get on the internet. No need to ready any longer.

Your posts are invaluable to the discussions here. Always relevant and fact-filled. Nothing hyperpartisan at all.

If you’d like to know the actual reasons black and latino people are being vaccinated at a lower rate, read this article:

It’s more than the simplistic reasons our conservative friends are trying to sell us.

Why anyone would have an experimental serum (to date, not one of these "vaccines" have been approved for general use by the FDA nor the CDC) is beyond stupid. Be a lab rat for Big Pharma? Thanks, but no thanks.

Be a lab ray for Trump’s Operation Warp Speed. It’s hilarious how you people forget who is responsible for rushing the vaccines.

There is no way this poor decision by Biden can not boost China biotech, hurt American interests and give away years if not decades of American taxpayer funded research.

@Go-go Gadget Facts!:

Thanks for the info. It’s obvious which vaccines are the most effective for those who care to educate themselves and believe in they whole science thing.

A 50% increase in the reduction of mild to severe symptoms may be worth the cost to some governments. Hopefully those infected will be immune, but I obviously have know idea of that would even factor into the acquisition decisions.

Are you serious? The Democrats were the problem- they were the segregationists.

Those were “southern” democrats, which were republicans.

Progressives are so brainwashed they have successfully convinced themselves that they were solely responsible for the 1964 civil rights act. They actually believe that Republicans were the party of Jim Crow. Not true. More Republicans in Congress voted for it than Dems. It was led through Congress by a Republican.

Hilarious!

Democrats do not see people as individuals but as representative of groups - of tribes - and for the promotion of tribalism. That has been the heart and soul of the party since its founding.

Is this why democrats push for equality? The Civil Rights Act of 1964, which was passed by democrats, is a great example of this.
